Very slow PC and internet problems - help please.

    Hi - been havin trouble with my pc for a while, only allows some web sites at some times and has constant pop ups even though pop up blockers are on high setting. the whole pc is going incredible slow. I have done the hijack this log and attached below. Please help as it is an absolute nightmare at the moment to do anything as simple as check emails. Thanks
