First let me say WOW I was last here about 4 years ago and what a change.Very good looking site.Bravo

I an EVGA 7600gt back in March for my second home build, and the fan went bad.I thought I could just change out the fan so I bought a Zalman 700cu.Well my problem is the system wont power up.I'm guessing the card dosn't think there is a fan because I cant plug the 3 pin Zalman into the 2 pin EVGA card supplied fan power.

I bought another card to reassure me I didn't have any other issuses, unfortunatly I had to RMA it for lines in display. So if I can get the old one running I'll be able to go SLI. So any and all help would be appreciated greatly.

And let me say again great job on the site over the years.

By the way I did plug the card in to a regular fan power cable useing the EVGA provided adapter cable.Everything I tried resulted in a flash of case lights, small movement of cpu fan,but thats it,no power up.

Does this card require the fan be plugged into it? Zalman says the fan is compatible with all 7600's.
Can anyone recomend a cheap 2 pin fan I can try to see if somehow I ruined the card?
