Hey guys, having a bit of trouble with my video card.

The card is a Radeon 9600 pro and its about 6 months old.

About 2 days ago well playing a game, the computer froze up, I switched it off at the power point and tried to restart it, only to find that the monitor will not wake up.

The computer seems to run fine but the card, wont wake the monitor up.

I have since replaced the card with my old one which works fine.

Ive tried the card in another computer but i have the exact same problem.

    My computer specs are...

    HP Intel pent 3 Ghz
    1 Gig of ram
    Radeon 9600 pro (broken :< )

    That's about all i know.

Anyway any ideas would be great. thx for any help :)

P.s I hope this is the correct forum sorry if it isn't.

Edit: Just after posting this thread my computer froze again, and now the old card wont wake the monitor up either :( btw i have tried another monitor same problem.
