Video card/driver Prob ( BSOD )

    Here is my setup
    Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2
    Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz (2 CPUs)
    NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS 256MB(nv4_disp.dll Driver Version: 6.14.0011.6921)
    2G DDR2 RAM
    when ever i try to load a DVD movie i get BSOD
    STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xBF296DD5, 0xA5961B04, 0x00000000)
    nv4_disp.dll - address BF296DD5 base at BF012000, DateStamp 47567aa4

    is what it says under tech info.

    i have plenty of harddrive space left and running no other apps at the time other than media center or window midia player i tryed both same result.

    My vid card is OC but its factory OCing
