Hardware accelerated Direct3D 9+ is not available because the display driver does not support it. You may be able to get a newer driver from the hardware manufacturer.

How do I get this new driver?

I believe it is SIS 650_740. I went to their website and downloaded the file. However I didn't know where to download to or what to do next to execute the upgrade.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

That worked! Thanks. Now if I could get my links to open in email I'll be a happy camper.
