Video card not detected

    Two separate video cards, AMD 5450. Second one not detected on any of the systems. Windows7

    Check fans spin on power up, if not double check power is connected.

    If fans do spin, make sure card is seated properly, check the bios to see if the PCI slot has been disabled.
