Bought a Dell 3000 for my wife.....and realized after I received it that the video card is built into the MB.....in other words it has no AGP slot on the MB.
My wife's favorite game is glitchy on this computer so I want you smart peoples to tell me this....if I purchased a PCI video card for this Dell would it work or not ???

If you have an empty PCI slot, then yes, no reason why it shouldn't.

The BIOS will either auto detect the PCI graphics card, or you might need to change it yourself in the BIOS, but that is easy enough.

Of course all games have system requirements, meaning how good is the card?

If you have to buy a pci card at least research, read reviews and get the best one you can for your money spent.
