video card

    hello, after countless google searches i could not find any answer that fit my situation. any help would be amazing. these blue boxes have been appearing randomly on my windows 10 pc i suspect a video card starting to fail?
    pictures of the issue and pc specs below this line

    Do you have a good known working video card you could switch to temporarily and see if the issue persists?

    And by good i mean not a fancy one, one you know is not having issues.

    From your system specs, you have an intel 4770 which has onchip video. Pull out your video card and use the onboard/onchip video. See if you still have the same problem.
    Note be sure and connect the monitor to the onboard port on the motherboard when doing this task.
