i have a win2k sp4 and i replaced the video card and installed the driver from the web. it was working for a while then all of a sudden i get this bsod with a stop errer that says

0x000000A1 (0xDEAD0010, 0x82032D10, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) Inconsistency detected in the PCI bus driver's Internal structures.

I couldn't find anything useful on the net and on the microsoft kb. the video card was s3 virge / dx on board . s3 375/775 ver. 2. i might have installed the wrong driver. but now i can't go into windows or safe mode or last known good config to chage the driver. i tried seating it in abother slot and i also tried another video card. i also tried changing settings in the bios such as disabling video memory caching and shadowing. and i also tried the defaults but no luck.

What is the computer name and model number. Without that it's hard to tell you how to disable the onboard video because I think this is why you're getting a BSOD. Also not uninstalling the previous card/onboard drivers will cause these types of problems.
