video out?

    I have a video out on my laptop and would love to watch DVD & Games throught the tv if possible, Although, I hooked up the cable to the vcr, turned the vcr to "LINE" but nothing. How do I activate that rca jack?

    Have you tried just going straight to the television?

    My TV does not haqve video in :(

    Generally you have to go to start/settings/control panel/display/settings/advanced/ look for a device selection tab or an option to enable tv out

    I tried to goto display\advanced\S3DuoVue

    It show 3 options

    CRT \ LCD \ TV

    CRT and TV are shaded out and I can not select either one.
