    Hello!

    I'm having trouble viewing some videos, mainly those on websites and some youtube videos, though netflix and amazon prime videos look fine. For the videos with issues, they look extremely zoomed in. The rest of the page is not zoomed in, only the video, and thumbnails of videos look normal. This problem started a few months ago, but for awhile if I just unpluged my computer from the charger, the video would go back to normal. Now it suddenly changed to videos being zoomed in whether I'm plugged in or not. I have tried several troubleshooting solutions I have found online, like changing the battery and display settings in the control panel, but none of those worked. I think it might have something to do with the video playback, but I'm not sure. I even reset all the original display and battery settings, and that didn't work. Here's the information for my computer:

    Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.4
    OS Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Home, 64 bit
    Processor: AMD A4-6210 APU with AMD Radeon R3 Graphics, AMD64 Family 22 Model 48 Stepping 1
    Processor Count: 4
    RAM: 3528 Mb
    Graphics Card: AMD Radeon(TM) R3 Graphics, 512 Mb
    Hard Drives: C: 440 GB (279 GB Free); D: 22 GB (2 GB Free);
    Motherboard: Hewlett-Packard, 22CD
    Antivirus: Windows Defender, Enabled and Updated

    Please help! Thanks!

    Is this in full screen mode or windowed mode?
    Which browser are you using?
    Does it happen for all browsers?

    It’s in all browsers. Both full screen and window mode.
