I currently use Windows 98SE, but whenever I open a new folder or go back to one that I have in use, the page sometimes appears blank, so I have to right click and select the 'View as Web Page' option. I know this isn't a problem exactly, but I have selected this option when I am on the desktop, so it should open all folders as a web page automatically I think....perhaps I am overlooking something simple. Any hints or suggestions would be gratefully received.

    Thanks in advance.

Try clicking Start>Settings and opening 'Folder Options'. Make sure you have a check in 'Enable web content in folders' (if that is what you want).
