vintage windows

    I am doing some research on how the microsoft windows operating systems has progressed. could anybody tell me how/where to get windows 1.0 or 2.0?

    I am afraid I cannot assist you in finding them, but I did read up a little bit on Microsoft history, and it is very interesting.

    Then I remembered: it's Microstoft.

    I should just put linux on all my computers and be done with it.

    I doubt if you will find any windows before 3.0. All the early windows before 3.0 were comercial failures.

    Hmmm....I have version 1, 2, and 3 I think I have a copy of IBM DOS around somewhere too.....LOL
