    Low on virtual memory is cause by too many programs running, using the all availble RAM & Virtual memory (Virtual memory = RAM copied to the harddrive - 'paging file').

    The paging file should be 'roughly' about 2x the size of the available RAM (control panel -> system -> Advanced -> Performance Options...)

    Installing more RAM would be the best way to fix this problem.

    Another would be to cut down the number of Processes running at the same time - often removing unnecessary Startup entries will help as well - http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml - a simple free applet that lets you disable startup entries.

    Do NOT disable entries that you do not know what they are - always research (google) beforehand!

    DownLoad EasyCleaner http://www.majorgeeks.com/download414.html

    Use the clear files and Unnecessary files buttons – I do not recommend
    using the Duplicates files button
    as many dupes are there on purpose.

    Not all files will delete – that is normal.

    In the unnecessary button I check the top 4 entries
