I keep getting a popup that says virtual memory is low. Is there a way to go in and erase parts of it?

I am supposed to have 128 of mem but it says I have 127. I have ordered more. I can be accessing a game or clicking on IE. It just pops up along the task bar and I was just wondering if there was a way to free some of it up?

Lately minimums for my builds have been 512 and friends I am advising a gig so 128 is really slim.
