    evening all.

i have been on the mcafee forum and have been told that u guy's and gal's might be able to help. please please. i am on my knees.
got a massive problem is is getting on my nerves.
every program i run such as the internet, works , word or even football manager the scroll bar just goes nuts constantly flickering up and down and will not let me view any pages properly.
i have run various virus scans such as mcafee, f-secure, avg, spy-bot the list goes on!
mcafee has located some thing called RemAdv-PSKill. it's shown as:
    c:\WINDOWS\system\RESTORE.INS
    c:\WINDOWS\RESTORE.INS
    c:\System Volume Information\_restore{98E46FOA-9DA1-4258-92C4-7CCAE5D21E6E}\RP!\A000027.EXE
i am running windows xp. i have done the following:
system restore and restore factory settings on start up F11
start up F5 safe mode run the scan and mcafee could not find the potential virus
nothing seems to work it just keeps to keep coming back to annoy the hell out of me.
on mcafee i was told to download "hijack this" and send the results, so following if you haven't nodded off reading this mini essay are the results any help is appreciated. one last thing don't know why just got a feeling it could be some thing to do with msn messenger i cant seem to be able to remove it. i have removed the desk top and have gone in to remove programs but it's not listed.
