I'm only familiar with the iVideo (or Quality?) Codec form of invasion. But looking at your Highjack log, I don't see any. What i do see is VirusKeeper.exe and I wonder if you downloaded this recently?
I tried a google on AxBx.com and wasn't too impressed with what i found. Their home site has/had broken links and no real address contact.
Were I you, I'd be suspicious of any .exe running that I couldn't connect with a known application.
Try getting rid of VirusKeeper and see if that helps.
Also, whats with the toolbars? Safety Bar and VsAdd-in. There are a couple of .dll files I'd think could be a problem. Try getting those to go away and see what happens.
If you can delete all the program files in C:\Programs that are associated with the above, and do a registry clean, I'll bet the issue will be gone.
