    I have a buc28B.tmp virus.A hsc21D.tmp virus.A Kac23B.tmp virus,that my norton anti virus cannot remove.I have it quarinteened now but want to remove it.I have done a safe mode removal and failed.I have gone back to an earlier time,it did nothing.I have tried several other methods to remove these viruses,can you help me?

    Try to find out the exact name of the file were these virus's are. The go to start-to-search. There you type in the name of the file with the virus in it. When It finds it just delete it.
