I'm having a problem choosing an account picture. I can only choose one of the defaults. I don't want to use one of the default pictures. I want to use one of my own. But when I click on the "Browse for more pictures..." link, nothing pops up! Please guys, I want you to help me solve this problem. Thanks.

Do you have an pictures in your "Picture" folder?
This is were browse is looking, and if you have NOT added anything then it will NOT find it.
However you could then browse to a different folder if you have added pictures elsewhere.

No, I mean when I click on the browse link, nothing pops up. It's like clicking on something that's not a link.

    This is the path:
    %SystemDrive%:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures\Default Pictures
    Check if you have it.
