    Hi
My son has a new Dell Inspiron 1525. Wednesday he started getting blue screens on boot.

    Plug N Play error 0x000000CA.

I have run diagnostics - hardware passes.

    Cannot start in Safe Mode

Dell techs say it is a virus? and of course it will cost to try and recover it...

Suggestions please. He says the only thing he downloaded was itunes 8 update
