Vista boot up error message

    Vista Premium boot up error message. "C:\Windows\system 32\Winupdate.exe specified in the registry. Make sure the file exists on your computer or remove the reference to it in the registry." What needs to be done to rectify this? I click to close the message and continue to use the computer.
