Vista cpu running high %. IE8 locks up. Running slow. Please help

    Hello,
    I have a Vista laptop and the cpu % is running very high and IE 8 locks up alot. I've run various virus/spyware scans that found some instances but it hasn't fully done the trick. I've attached the HighJackThis log. Any help would be great.
