Title says it all. I have two hard drives, one with Ubuntu Linux and Vista. Ubuntu works fine, and detects and uses everything. Vista doesn't see anything at all. Not even a PCI Audio... thingy. I'm using a Sound Blaster Audigy.

Thanks,
Ryan

Mmm, how can I check? I have an old Emachines T3256 with an AGP video card (yeah, doesn't even have a PCI-E slot)

Manufacturer: eMachines
Mainboard: First International Computer, Inc. AU31
Chipset: nVidia nForce 2 IGP

When I look at the PCI card bus, it shows everything I have plugged in, including the sound card with PC Wizard.

I installed the nForce Audio Drivers, and that made my onboard sound work. Thanks for the help.

Great. Then the OS board drivers must be good enough. Good job.
