I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop. I recently tried to start it and everything froze within a minute after boot. I shut it off, waited and restarted it. When I restarted it prompted me to "Repair My Computer" so I did. When I did, in the middle of the loading files part, a black screen came up saying something about USB connection not being connected right. Error 0xc00000e9. I have seen many posts about this all over google but I don't know what i should do to fix it.
