My system is running Vista Home with all the latest updates.

When using Window Mail (Outlook Express), the links NO longer work.

Here's the Error Message that pops up.

The links seem to get broken AFTER I run the Program Advanced WindowsCare V2.

I've found all kind of solutions for XP users, but none for Vista users.

What do I need to do to get the links working again ??

    TIA

It is Windows Mail (not Outlook Express) in Vista.
What happens if you paste that address into Internet Explorer?
(The URL in your screen shot is valid)

    Check IE->Tools->Internet Options->Advance Tab.
Click to reset all IE settings. See if that helps.

Are you scanning emails with any anti-virus?
Scanning Windows Mail with any anti-virus can cause problems.

Copy/Pasting works just fine. That's what I've had to resort to to open links. :(

I actually use Firefox 3 as well as IE 7. The Email links do not open in EITHER browser.

Yes. I use AVG 8.0 and have never had any issues with using it for scanning Emails.

This issue popped up directly AFTER I used the Advanced WindowsCare Utility program.

"Something" within that program disabled/broke the Link function within Windows Mail.

Anti-virus programs may not cause problems immediately.
My suggestion: Uninstall AVG and then re-install, using the
custom install, choose the option to not have it scan emails.

Also, if you are pretty sure Advanced Windows Care is at
    fault....quote from their website:

If you run into trouble, the Restoration option can return your
    system to its original configuration.

If that fixes things, I wouldn't use that program afterward.
