Okay. I know the folder is there. I navigate to it easily outside the Prism Converter software.

However, when I'm in the Prism Video Converter program and trying to navigate to the folder that has the clips that have to be converted from MOD to a YouTube friendly file format, I get "No items match your search" when I click on the folder.

Has anyone else had this problem? The folder is there. It isn't empty. Yet, clicking on it yields "No items match your search."

It's possible that the folder is hidden, right click it, go to properties, then click the General tab, and see if the box next to where it says hidden is filled in.

I'm so relieved someone responded. Thank you.

I right clicked - clicked properties - click General tab: The folder is marked "read only." The "hidden" box is not filled in.

    What could be happening?

Maybe the files aren't in the right format. Try changing the filter at the bottom right when you try to find the files in Prism.
