This just happened recently. All the passwords for my programs that have been stored in the past (MSN, Skype, etc.), just stopped being stored. There were no changes to the system before this happened. Windows is up to date (barring SP1). Also, MSN wouldn't log in until I rebooted the OS, even then, passwords aren't being retained. I log in choosing the "save password" options, and they disappear right after I close the program. Any Ideas on what this could be? Could this be a new Vista bug or something?

Cookies? In MSN and Skype? I'm not talking about web browser passwords not being kept, it's programs.
