Vista Transformation pack menu bar doesn't work

I installed vista transformation pack 8.01 and the vista menu bar (bottem) bar is still xp. I went to screensaver options, and i found out, it the display says the bar is vista.... help plz.

i would recommend removing it.
if you want vista, get vista.
