Hi

1. Circuit City says that you will get the free Vista upgrade between 4-8 weeks (1-2 months) after Vista is available. Vista is on the market since the first week of February which means you will be getting the free Vista upgrade between February and March.

2. https://upgradeweb.moduslink.com/Gateway this link is where you need to fill out some kind of form to let the manufacturers know that you bought a Vista Capable pc and you want to get the free update, here's the information you need to provide:

o Please check with your Computer vendor for eligibility and redemption dates
o Please have your date of purchase
o Please have your Certificate of Authenticity (COA) number (14 digits) readily available.
o Please provide your Computer vendors Windows Vista Capable PC Model and Model number
o Please have your PC serial number readily available

You should have all of the above ( I am sure they provided you with all that inforamtion).
you have to make sure you fill ot the form the right way. It's not complicated. You said you visited the link already so I don't know how far you you've gone but if you need more help send me an email [email protected] so we can get in touch and I can guide you though the process, it's pretty easy.

cheers
