Vista won't boot and cannot be repaired automatically.

    Vista won't boot. Cannot repair automatically. Can get to dos prompt, see all my directories but Windows Vista Home Edition don't start. Please give me a hand.

    Boot to your Recovery DVDs/CDs and reinstall, or "recover," Windows.

    I'm sure you have a Recovery Partition which you can access by tapping "ALT+F10 or CTRL+F10" after pressing power button until you can access Recovery Partition.
