I get this pop up to download it and have no start up disk therefore I click to do so from the internet. then it states to go to windows update to download because for whatever reason it can't from the internet. Therefore, I went to windows update and searched and then found these programs to download but have no idea if any of them are the acutal visual basics scripting support program download. does anyone know how to get this downloaded to my computer? thanks for your time

You probably just need to do the below in order of appearance, then you'll probably not see that popup any longer. Just because a popup appears and asks a question or tells you to do something while you're on a website - usually don't do it.

    ***
Open Internet Explorer (IE); Tools menu; Internet Options; Advanced tab; Click the Restore Defaults button; Click Apply; Click Ok. Close IE.

    ***

Open (IE); Click the Tools menu; Point to Internet Options; Click the Security tab; Click the Default Level button; Click Apply; Click Ok. Close IE.

Open IE; Click the Tools menu; Internet Options; Click the Security tab; Click the Custom Level button; Click Apply; Click Ok. Close IE. Start IE as desired.

    ***

Navigate to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and get all the Critical Updates and Service Packs, only.

For question or concerns please reply to this.

I would remove IE and reinstall the latest version from Microsoft. Then get me a good updated Anti virus program and run it.
