Solved VLC question

Trying figure out how to convert/save a video.

As you can see the url ends in .html which i suppose cannot convert or is not supported.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry they are not official links and are actually pirate copies. The service you linked to is only set up for streaming and there is no way to download or save a copy legally
