VMM(01) + 0000D2A3 Blue Screen

I use WinME as my OS and MSN as my ISP. Frequently when I am on-line, I receive a blue screen with the following error:
VMM(01) + 0000D2A3 ERROR: 03 :0028 :C000E2A3
Any thoughts on what this is and what I can do to fix it once and for all?
