voodoo intense 3D

    hi
    i have xp home and am trying to upgrade the graphics. was given a voodoo intense 3D graphics card but haven't had any luck finding drivers that are compatiple with xp.
    the driver i'm looking for is listed in my system as ....Alliance Promotion AT25 AT3D.
    would appreciate all advice on a solution. thanks

    went to the site you suggested and found the driver i wanted to try...(voodoo2 2k/xp 1.00)...
    but was unable to download it. kept redirecting me and giving me unrelated pop-ups.
    would really like to try this driver....any suggestions

    I wouldn't bother, to be honest. That card uses the "Voodoo Rush" chipset, and dates from around 1997. Even the slowest, most basic onboard video in any computer shipped with Windows XP (so, from 2002 or so onwards) is faster than that card. You may not even be able to find XP drivers for it. As far as playing games with it, it'll run GL Quake ok, struggle to run Quake 2 and Unreal Tournament, and you can forget Quake 3, let alone any game newer than that.
