Hoping someone can shed light: I have a hardware vpn from business server to remote location. Because I use OLD business system with digiport servers for serial printing through vpn I use multiplexor cards to change the serial print to tcp/ip. My print jobs to that location always end up a mess; time out get garbled....etc. We(Vpn Vendor and I) have dbl checked everything hardware related. I use cable service for this vpn and I have noticed that at all my other locations I have a positive downstream power # (36-40) but on this location the downstream power is always a negative #(-4.5). I have no real experiance with how this may affect my vpn and was hoping for someone with cable experiance to shed light for me.
Thanks in advance as always.
Edit: All other locations print fine.
