w.32spybot

I have the usual spybot worm. Norton deleted all the infected files except one.
The advice to remove it from norton didn't work.
Here is my hijack. Is anyone out there can be of assistance.

Copy/paste them to a new folder on your desktop and then send as an e-mail attatchment.I really would appreciate copy`s of them.
