I have a file named "c:\wakeuptoken.info" on my fresh Win 7 PC. Should I be worried? Googling doesn't have any info on it, but what concerns me is the "wakeup" part.

Must be associated with something you installed. My Win 7 pc does not have such a file.

I do have iPhones, so maybe it's that after all. Does anyone know of an app (for PC) that can show which app created a file? Surely there must be such a tool?
