Want o boot from a USB on the Acer Aspire One D250 1622, what USB drive I should boot on?

When I go into the Bios of the Acer Aspire One D250 1622 this is what I see
    in the BOOT section:

    1. IDEO : Hitachi HTS54501689A300
    2. IDEI :
    3. USB FDD :
    4. Network Boot : Atheros Boot Agent
    5. USB CDROM :
    6. USB HDD :

There are three USB drives on this laptop.

If looking at the monitor, two are on the right and one on the left.

    QUESTIONS:
    1. Is only one of these three USB drives the bootable one? If yes, which one? OR can all three be "booted" from?
    2. Which one of the above in the list should be placed at the top as the bootable USB drive?
    3. What do each of the Boot Drive choices mean? Where do they boot from?

    Thank you in advance,

    JJ

Each one is exactly as they say.
    - IDE0 and 1 are your standard Hard Drive bays,
    - USB Floppy Disk Drive,
    - Network Boot
    - USB CD Rom Drive,
    - and USB Hard Disk Drive.

This allows you to have all 3 types of USB devices, and choose which one to boot from. They are not necessarily USB ports, but types of devices you can connect and boot from. You will probably want the USB HDD option.

These options are useful for Net book users, because net books generally don't come with CD Drives.

    What she said.

Are you getting errors attempting to boot from it? If so, what are they?

    Thank you for your response.

I have not been able to boot from a USB using either the
    USB HDD or
    USB FDD

I have placed the USB in all three of the available USBs on this Acer Aspire One D250 1622 Netbook.

Is there something I might be doing wrong?

BTW, what is a HDD vs FDD "USB" drive?

    Hello!

Never got an error message. The USB placed in each of the the drives
    was ignored on booting.
