    Hi, Techguy!

I am struggling with a persistant problem every time I access a message board that I like. Often when I click a link to view, I get a message about performing an illegal operation and that my system must be shut down. When I click "details" I get, "WAOL has caused an invalid page default in module urlmon.dll...", and then a bunch of numbers/codes. This has become very frustrating because I consistently get the message sooner or later while accessing the site. My attempts to clean up my hard drive through disk scans and whatnot have not helped. In addition, for some reason whenever I go to do a disk defrag, my system constantly restarts at around 47%, instead of completing defragmentation. Would you know why that is and what I can do about it?

Thank you so much for your time. I appreciate it! :)

    Sincerely,
    Jo
