wat to do when TCP/IP is disabled?

    i want to connect to the internet but the network card wont work. when i right click and choose repair. it says cant repair TCP/IP is disabled. the problem started when we wanted to connect another computer and changed some settings now i cant figure out wat to do. I called the Cable ISP they say that something is wrong witht the settings of computer of network card.

    so i am confused now please help

    You need to power off the PC and the modem, then power on the modem and then the pc after the modem finishes cycling

    i did that, same problem when i click "REPAIR" on the icon of the connection says: TCP/IP disabled

    you need to reinstalled the network card drivers or go back with system restore to a day before the problem
