I recently installed a new hard drive on my wife's old desktop computer. It is running Microsoft Windows XP home edition. Whenever you scroll up or down, you get that wave form that drives me crazy. I have tried to find the remedy to it but have not been successful. I don't understand why it would start doing that by just installing a new hard drive with the same operating system it had before. Anyone know what I can do to change it. Thanks in advance!!!!

Not exactly sure what you mean, you mean scrolling with the mouse? you could always try uninstalling it(mouse) rebooting and let windows add it again. cant hurt anyway :)
