    What creates these files? wbk1011.TMP, wbk1054.TMP,etc...

    I have 279 of these files in C: and would like to know what is putting them there and how to set it up so that they go into the temp folder where they will get deleted when I delete temp files. All this files show zero bytes.

    Don't have a direct answer, but wbk would seem to be an abbreviation for WorkBook - do you use any programs that create workbooks of some sort?

    Also, after cleaning them out of C, check and see when they reappear. Hopefully you can pin down what you were doing when it happened.
