    Hello,

I have a Windows 7 64 bit PC. It was running Fine till Yesterday, but Microsoft Excel Stopped opening suddenly, it started getting updated and gets failed everytime. So, I restarted the PC and it stopped booting up, it just restarts after a Black Screen.
I tried Safe Mode, but It loaded all drivers till HWPOLICY.SYS , so all Drivers were being loaded and then it just restarted. I tried doing System Restore, Startup Repair, Chkdsk , sfc etc. but nothing helped..!
When I tried Disable Restart on System Failure Option I Got Following BSOD (0x7E):

After researcing google for 6-7 hours I found only one Resource on this same Forum :

    http://forums.techguy.org/windows-7/1005598-wdfldr-sys-related-bluescreen-stop.html

I am getting same error as above user, and I tried using Solution described in its answer, I disabled IntelPPM but Still it did not Resolved my Problem..

I dont want to Format my PC... Please Help...!!!

"I dont even have Minidump Folder in Windows Directory.".

Is it a genuine copy of Windows or a modified pirate version?
