All of a sudden my windows weather gadgets aren't working and won't locate my city per the zip code. Any idea why?

To help us help you, please use the TSG System Info tool to let Tech's know the specs of your computer: http://static.techguy.org/download/SysInfo.exe Copy and paste the results here in your thread. You can use the TSG Info to fill in your computer information in your user profile as well.

Also, if its a brand name system like an Acer,Dell or HP, please post the exact model of the system.

OK, I'll get that done. For some reason it won't search for cities or won't find zip coded cities, etc. Maybe its an issue on their end?

Last I checked, the gadgets were no longer supported as they are a security risk.

In any case, we have no idea what software or OS you are even using. So all we can do is guess.

So what happens if you click OK there? Does the location switch to what you want?

No, it does nothing. I sent an email to weatherbug who does the other gadget, they said windows doesn't support the gadgets anymore, apparently they are a security risk.

I tried the same widget on my Windows 7 computer, and I see the same problem. It looks like it's no longer supported.
