Can anyone recommend a reliable, free weather program that does not contain adware or spyware? Thanks.

Definitely go with WeatherPulse. It's safe. Anything is better than WeatherBug. :D

Have you checked locally? In Oklahoma City, one of our TV stations has a very good weather program - no spyware - and it gives alerts, shows LOCAL radar, which I can zoom in to my personal address, etc. You might want to check TV Stations or newspapers in your area.
