    thank you. looking at the top edge of lap top theres a web cam eye and mic. I thought it was built in..lap top was given to me.thanks

    Welcome. Anyway, built in or not. you should be able to use it. Check device manager if you have the driver installed properly.

    looking at manager.....under what sub title should i look?

    I know I should not BUTT....I am getting mad .lol. Under device manager.I found no "inaging devices"
