I have an old web cam and of course I only think i have the model number
    MC104030 (close anyway)

I found it on line, down loaded the driver, installed the driver, and windows is telling me I am missing a .DLL file and it shoudl be on my windows disk I have the Toshiba reboot CD that came with my computer but my computer is telling me there is no such file on my disk
my real question is if I buy a new web cam with it's own CD install disk should it work on my computer or will I be chasing this DLL file

So I went to the DLL space
The Dll i needed was tsbyuv.dll

I down loaded it and my web cam is gold

Now when i turn on my computer it says it detects new hard ware a VGA controler
    VGA control to be precise

    I did not add one
and I do not know where to look to find the type of controler to down load the driver
