Strange occurrence: A picture (jpg) downloaded from a web page and saved on my computer. I discovered the same picture pop up on another computer in the house as the screensaver. It was not downloaded to that computer so can't figure it out. I have a Netgear nighthawk and 5 computers in the house. Me, wife, Mother-in-law, and two laptops. Only mine, my second, and in-laws computer is on all the time. Is it possible that the router is double routing? AND, how does it simply appear at the screensaver on the second computer. It only appeared on one other computer, not all of them.
Not a real problem, just a bothersome issue.
I use Norton on all computers in the house. I've been satisfied with Norton since late nineties without issues.
    Open to ideas,
    Thanks.

If you are using the same Microsoft account on multiple computers and have Sync your settings enabled then this probably explains your situation.

I'm watching. I reset synch to no. But, the download set the image as a theme on the second computer, but not mine. I have never messed with the theme. I am suspecting the router if duplicate IP address is the problem. I've since checked and after a few reboots there is no conflict. I did not think two computers could share an IP? 92.168.1.2 off the router? Is that possible? Also I do not know what the router hacking does, but my router was installed after the hack announcement.
Again, this is not critical, just an irritation.
    Thanks

Are you using the same user account on the two computers?

There isn’t anyway that any way any issue with ip addresses could cause this issue. Have you tried changing the desktops back after disabling the sync setting and see if they no longer change?

I haven't seen the issue since then. I think it may be solved. It only happened twice as I can discern, and only on one of the computers in the house. Thanks for the help.

Are you sure that you are not seeing these images because you are using the Libraries on the different machines?

I do not understand this question. "The Libraries"? To what libraries do you refer
