I had my web-hosting & email with a company called Godaddy. I had problems with my front page extensions in some forms so the person that does my website suggested that I change web hosting companies to a company called Credihost. I did that last Thursday. I have 10 employees and several computer so I do have a ROUTER at the office. I can open my website (www.groupsource.com) and receive my office email at my home and any other computer outside my office BUT I can Not get to my website or get my email to work at the office. Why can I not get my emails to work or open my website. Yes my Internet does work fine.

You state that you have outsourced the hosting of your web site & mail server to another company but your story sounds like you have both servers behind your own router.

Are the servers located at your company or at the hosting company ?
