I have a question to ask, hopefully I am in the right place. My sister sent me an email stating that someone had approached her on finishing a website that another person started. I believe that this website will have about 80 links from his to their personal pages. She wanted to know how much should she bill this person for the completion of the site. I have no idea, hopefully someone here can help her with this question.

If this is going to be a straight-forward "brochure" style website, meaning no cgi, perl, databases, just many pages connected with links, then average I have seen is about $20-$30 per page worked.
Over here, going rate for a free-lancer to build a site is anywhere from £500 for a very small and basic site, to over £5000 for a larger, but still basic site.
